She was predeceased by: her grandson Daniel; and her siblings, Bonnie, Ray, Fay and Perry.

She is survived by: her significant other Terry Kellestine; her children, Jeff Van Wyk and Darla Fountain; her grandchildren, Cori and Emma; her great grandchildren, Liam and Evie; her siblings, Delores, Mary, John, Martha and Spencer; and her parents-in-law, Richard and Marie Kellestine. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
