He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard and Mamie; and his siblings, Jennie, Geraldine, Maynard and Betty.

He is survived by: his brother-in-law Bobby; his friends, Acton, Lormer and Diane; his niece Valerie; his nephews, Charles and Terry; his wife Diane; his sons, Brian (Jessie), Brad (Vicky), Todd (Barbara) and Rick (Linda); his grandchildren, Carter, Braxton, Austin, Maya, Braylyn, Vivian, Brittyn and Hayes; and his siblings, Marion and Henry. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and extended family.
