He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Manes and Rowena Manes; his brother Harold; and his siblings-in-law, Madeline and Stu Dryer.
He is survived by: his wife Marnie; his children, Michael (Monica), Shelley (Kelly), John (Leigh) and Tom (Ashleigh); his grandchildren, Kurtis (Juliann), Brooke (David), Jeffrey, Jenna, Brandon, Jacob, Julia, Maiya, Carter and Paisley; his great grandchildren, Kruz, Isla and Kash; and his siblings, Tom (Donna), Pat (Bill) and Jean.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Acton Rotary Club or Credit Valley Shrine Club.
