With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Weston Atwell (Wolfville, Nova Scotia), born in Greenfield, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 20, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Atwell and Mildred Atwell (MacInnis); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" (Morine); his sister Shirley Fox of Gladys Croft; his stepsister Nettie Atwell; and his brothers, Victor "Vic", Starr and Blake.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Lockhart (Jim) of Avonport, Brian Atwell of Wolfville Ridge and Graham Atwell (Sheron Hatt) of Wolfville Ridge; his half-brother David Atwell of Ontario; his stepbrother Ernie Atwell of Wolfville Ridge; his grandchildren, Angie Lockhart (Nick Zamora) of Avonport, Jenna Lockhart (Adrian Lloy) of Avonport, Tyler Atwell (Kristy Geddes) and Brody Atwell (Patty Dauk); and his great grandchildren, Ben, Jesse, Jake, Ellie, Gunner, Jacie, Bryson, Jessie and Jenaya. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory may be made to the Wolfville Ridge Baptist Church or the Annapolis Valley Victorian Order of Nurses.
