She is survived by: her children, Scott Hanes (Buffie) and Mary Spears (Tobias); her grandchildren, Kehisha, Malcolm, Ryan and William; and her siblings, Lorraine Davy, Ken Taggart (Carol) and Roy Taggart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
