With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hossain Farid (Truro, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 14, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Flora Riyahi; his sons, Sohrab (Apeksha) and Amir; his grandson Arastu; and his parents, Alireza Farid-Naeini and Farkhondeh Alavi.

In lieu of flowers, Hossain's family asks that donations be made to the Colchester Food Bank or Pancreatic Cancer Canada.
