We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2023, at the age of 92, George Arthur Spinney of Truro, Nova Scotia, born in Oxford, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Spinney and Elizabeth Spinney; his siblings, Gordon Spinney, Mary Keddy, Shirley Banks, Eugene Spinney and Graham Spinney; his daughter Sheila Morse; and his granddaughter Alyssa Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Sharon Schofield (Joe), Darlene Trites (Cecil) of Truro and Angela Spinney (Chris Ross) of New Hampshire; his sisters, Linda Hird (Murray) and Laurine Baker (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Beatrice Spinney and Roland Banks.
In lieu of flowers donations in Arthur's memory to The Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
