He was predeceased by: his parents, Dougal Reid and Anna Reid (White); and his siblings, William Reid, Parker Reid, Carol Carr, Elizabeth Daniel, Laura Blois and Elodie Taylor.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Mydean (Kamal), Edna Laffin, Neil Reid (Joyce) and George Reid (Joan); and his sister-in-law Mabel Reid. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
