He is survived by: his brothers, Sherman and Lewis; his son Carson; his siblings, Alice and Victor; his wife Arlene; his children, David Moore (Linda), Cathy Blackburn (Walter) and Kevin Moore (Wendy); his grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer, Erin, Robin, Ben, Dylan, Chelsea, Chantal, Tara and Kristy; and his great grandchildren, Luca, Sophie, Isabella, Devin, Dylan, Leif, Mila, Zoe, Aubrey, Grace and Noah.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private celebration of Quentin's inspiring life will be held at a later date.
