It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric Joseph Murphy (Timberlea, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 15, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanette Murphy; his stepfather Ernest Hamilton; his sister Joy Clayton; and his son-in-law Lajuane Bruce (Tito). He is survived by: his wife Veronica; his children, Erica (Halifax), Terene (Ziad), Jasmine Timberlea, Nadine (Mitchell), Eric, Dwayne (Rachelle) and Trevis (Bella); and his siblings, Rose of Halifax, Madeline of Halifax, Yvonne of Halifax, Susan (Mike) of Halifax, Paulette (Roy) of Halifax, Margo (Frankie) of Halifax, Herman (Shirley), Daniel (Rosanna) and Andrew (Laurie). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
