He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Wills and Christina Wills (MacDougall); his wife Joyce Wills (Aitchison); his close friend Eileen Kelly; and his siblings, Sydney, Bernie, Leo, Mary Wills, Rita Weaver and Florence LeBlanc.

He is survived by: his son David Wills; his sisters, Ann Boyle (Richard), Afton and Carol Rector; and his stepdaughters, Sheila Rodriguez of Framingham, Mass., Emily Kelly-Demings (Bryan), Melinda MacDonald (Mike) and Kathleen Collier (Hughie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
