She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Randell and Blanche Randell (Keats); her husband Clarence MacGillivary; her grandson Matthew Sonmor; her stepson John Masters; and her siblings, Howard, Willie-John, Norman, Gordon, Ann, Una, Gladys and Edith.

She is survived by: her children, Marlene Birch (Brad) of Prime Brook, NS, Valerie Sonmor (Barry) of Stewiacke, NS, Charlene Nightingale (Ron) of Richmond Hill, ON and Roger MacGillivary (Alice) of Balls Creek, NS; her brother Eugene Randell (Joan); her grandchildren, Kyla, Chelsea, Blake, Jordan, Celina, Ashley, Amy, Simon, Serena and Colleen; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Naomi, Norah, Finn, Feyd, Dax, Saoirse, Raine and Lucas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest donating to the Bible education work our mom had enjoyed so much.
