He was predeceased by: his parents, William Power and Elizabeth'Bella' Power (Nolan); his wife Shirley; and his siblings, Frank (Hannah), Tom (Marie), George, John, William (Eleanor), Walter (Phyllis), Mary Power, Frances Pike (William), Theresa Behan (Ernie), Stella Power and Anita Morrison (Daniel).

He is survived by: his friends, Janet Halverson, Tony Dolan, Shirley and Della. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
