He was predeceased by: his parents, James'Jim'Shaw Peters and Kathleen Peters; and his siblings, Donnie, Dora (Greene) and Ruth Shaw.
He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Linda (Rob Shank), Cheryl (Jim Walsh) and Allan; and his sister Mildred (MacDonald).
