Sharon Townsend Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Townsend (North East Point, Nova Scotia), born in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 17, 2020 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sharon Townsend to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Scott and Ethel Jean Foote (Conrad); her son Sandy Townsend; and her mother-in-law Margaret Townsend (Swim). She is survived by: her husband Brian Townsend; her children, Christine Quinlan (Troy), Joseph Townsend (Rhonda) and Norman Townsend; and her sisters, Mary Ann Nickerson (Layton) and Shirley Morash. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in her name may be made to the Crohn's and colitis Foundation or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
