It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John MacDonald (New Waterford, Nova Scotia), who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ranald MacDonald and Theresa MacDonald (MacPherson); his siblings, Buddy, Ernie, Ronald, Charles (Sharkey), Catherine (Taddy), Theresa (Tessie), Doreen, Gertie and Vonnie Josey; and his daughter-in-law Cathy.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha (Musial); his children, Ernie (Verna), Paul (late Cathy), Archie (Linda), Greg (Mary), Perry (Vicki), Isabell Attwood (Tommy) and Edwenna Campbell (Travis); and his sister Peggy Beaton (Truro). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great- grandchildren.
