It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Azelle Monique Doucet of Mavillette, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 20, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Doucet and Prescille Doucet (Comeau); her husband Daley; her daughter Aline Thibault; her grandsons, Michel and José; and her siblings, Lionel, Benjamin and Monique.
She is survived by: her children, Gilbert of Mavillette, Gaston (Roseann) of Mavillette, Loretta Belliveau (Mike), Cape St. Mary, Edmond (Corinne) and Victor (Chinatsu); and her grandchildren, Chris, Claude, Rachel, Louise, Lianne, Adrien, Amélie and Nino. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Alphonse Church (6553 Nova Scotia Trunk 1, Mavillette, NS B0W2H0).
Donations in Azelle's memory may be made to Paroisse Notre Dame d'Acadie for St. Alphonse Church.
