He is survived by: his siblings, Stuart MacLean, Mora MacLean (John Donahue) and Carolyn MacDonald (Robert); his stepmother Patsy MacLean; and his stepsiblings, Rory MacDonald (late Cathy MacDonald), Doug MacDonald (Linda), Allison MacLean (Jerome Chisholm), David Porter (Marilyn) and Ruth Porter (Gordon Hammond). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
