He was predeceased by: his parent John MacNeil; and his siblings, Ruth Benjamin and James "Jimmy" MacNeill. He is survived by: his parent Florence MacNeil (Power); his wife Sophie Anne (Connell); his daughters, Anne Marie Banks (Scott) of Beaconsfield, Melissa MacNeil (David) of Bridgewater and Carol Faircloth (Rob) of Carthage, N. C.; his grandchildren, Annika Lilly (John), Devann Whynot (Scott), Liam Banks (Ashley Spencer), Moira MacNeil (David Walker), Cynryc Faircloth and Nigel MacNeil; and his great grandchildren, Kierstyn Lilly, Zaida Lilly, Phoebe Banks and Blake Banks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's memory may be sent to the I.W.K. Health Foundation, Diabetes Canada or to the Victorian Order of Nurses.
