She was predeceased by: her parent Harry Ross; her granddaughter Raella Haines; and her siblings, Jessie Beach, Robie and Robert Ross.

She is survived by: her parent Gladys Ross (Spence); her children, Barbara Jane Wright of Bedford, Joanne Howell, David Howell of Digby Neck and Peter Howell (Dale) of Mount Uniacke; her grandson Matthew Walker of Bedford; and her great grandchild Jack Reid of River John.
