He was predeceased by: his parent Rosa Wallingham (Little); and his sons, Gary of Halifax, Richard of Halifax, William of Halifax and David of Halifax.

He is survived by: his parent John Wallingham; his wife Dorcas "Dot"; his children, Julie Flemming (Gordon), Donna Archambault (Craig), Robert Beaver Bank (Martha) and Gregory; and his sister Shirley Tocher of Maple Ridge. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
