He is survived by: his parent Mary Whittaker; his wife Jane Whittaker; his children, James Whittaker (Lana), Andrew Welch (Krista Prowse Welch), Halifax and Sarah Alexander (Matt); his grandchildren, Jacob, Maria, Rachel Whittaker, Isaiah King, Ben and Sophie Welch; his brother Peter Whittaker (Carol); his niece Krista Nestoruk (Jayson); and his nephew Kurt Whittaker (Crystal).
