It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Higgins (Bedford, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 18, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Higgins; and his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his parent Violet Higgins (Bonnell); his son Kevin (Michelle Bennett); his grandchildren, Jayvon, Makell, Taylor and Matthew; his great grandchild Harmony of Havyn; his significant other Gail Carson; and his father-in-law Hugh Leigh.
