He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Kelly and Mary Ellen Kelly (Duggan); his siblings, Maurice and Ann; his nephews, Carmen and Kevin; his niece Jacqueline; and his brother-in-law Jack Kell.

He is survived by: his wife Rita; his daughter Mary (Doug); his granddaughter Danielle; his siblings, Steve (Christine), Regis Broussard (John) and Mary Kell; and his sister-in-law Bessie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid restrictions, funeral is limited to family only.
