Blanche Lillian Millar Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2019, Blanche Lillian Millar (Bedford, Nova Scotia), born in Hermitage, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Simms and Bertha Simms (Francis); her husband Cyril "Cy" Millar; and her friend Harry Bull. She is survived by: her children, Grace Isnor (Neil), Ray Ingram, Sackville, Murray Ingram, Steve Ingram (Anita), Beaver Bank, Jim Ingram Windsor (Sharon) and Frank Engram Dartmouth; and her sisters, Ethel Dealhoy and Phyllis Rose. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
