He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Moriarity and Lillian Moriarity (Whynott); his sons, Keith Morgan and Randolph Colin; and his siblings, Leo, Ralph, Thelma McGarvie, Stella Selig and Tessie Whynott.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Moriarity (Corkum); his children, Gail Angevine (Curtis) and Wade Moriarity (Juanita); his brother Owen Moriarity; his grandchildren, Bryon, Cheryl and Wade Russell; and his great grandchildren, Brady, Harrison, Parker, Claire, Kohen and Jaxen.
