He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Tupper and Ella Tupper (Joudrey); and his siblings, Mylon, Lawrence, Freddie, Arthur, Allison, Marjorie Robar Ruth Spence and Joan Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Hiltz); his sons, Jon, Cape Breton and Peter; his grandson Emmett Riley; and his sisters, Marilyn Wilson (John), Linda Bowlby (David) and Gail Jones (Bert White). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
