He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Horsnell and Isabell Horsnell (Aylward); his siblings, Mary Louise Rippey (Jim), Eric Horsnell (Dorothy) and Clyde Horsnell; and his son-in-law Doug Grabowski.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Horsnell (Smith); and his children, Bill Horsnell (Rose), Marilyn Grabowski, Debby Rousseau (Terry), Mike Horsnell (Alice) and Sandy Horsnell (Kim).
