Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sybil Hindy (Winterton, Newfoundland), born in New Perlican, Newfoundland, who passed away at the age of 82, on October 1, 2018. She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard; her parents, Peter Seward and Phyllis Seward; and her brothers, Edwin Seward and Ronald Seward.

She is survived by: her children, Rick (Judy) and Lorraine (Daryl); her grandchildren, Sarah Hindy, Christopher Hindy and Evan Rideout; her great grandchild Jayden Hindy; her siblings, Peter Seward (Dorothy) and Dianne Mathes (Dan); and her siblings-in-law, Ford (Elaine), Lorenzo (Shirley), Elizabeth Seward and Donna Seward. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, as well as a large circle of friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or to a charity of ones choice.
