It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene L Gillard (Twillingate, Newfoundland), who passed away on March 22, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Dulcie Welsh; and her stepfather Bill Welsh. She is survived by: her children, Edward, Lorretta and Pearce (Ruby); her grandchildren, Kelly (Randy), Cory (Violet), Travis (Leanne), Penny-Lea (Craig), Jasmine (Peter) and Heidi; her great grandchildren, Brianna, Mitchell, Kelsea, Aiden, Emma, Isaac, Riley, Lillian, Charlie, Tylor and Devon; and her brother Melvin Welsh (Phillis).

Donations may be made in Irene's memory to the Salvation Army Building Fund, Bayview.
