He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Kathleen (Strang); and his siblings, Hazel Smith (Doug), John Hansen (Pam) and Albert Hansen Jr..

He is survived by: his spouse Beverly (Strugnell); his daughters, Terriah and Alberta Hansen; and his sisters, Sharon Simms (Garry) and Loretta Day (Gary).
