She was predeceased by : her mother Cassie Wiggins (Kay); her stepfather Cam; her father John Best; and her siblings, Linda Ramsden and John Best (Darleen).
She is survived by : her daughter Heather Mills; her sisters, Gail Claeys (Eric) and Cheryl Beauvais (Terry); her son Ken Mills; her cousins, Stella Dyke (Joe) and Janis McDonald; her nieces and nephews, Anissa, Cristy, Brooke, Kenneth, Cathy and Kimberly; and her close friend Joan Shears (Fred Mills).
Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Saturday, June 29th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, June 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the 29th Seventh-Day Adventist Church (30 Aldershot St, St. John's, NL A1C2T7).
