He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Tyson Pardy of Marystown and Chiara Byrde of Ontario; his mother Mary Byrde; his siblings, Kelly Byrde, Daphne Matthews (Robert), Ada Hickey (Charles), Melinda Hatcher (Emmanuel) and William (Carol-Ann); his close friends, Brian Cheeke Sr., Ronnie Saint, Mike Byrne and Dave Bishop; and his father Freeman Byrde.
