She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel Cleal and Muriel Cleal; her husband Nicholas Hooper; her stepmother Selina Cleal; her mother-in-law Caroline Hooper; her brother-in-law Gary Wiscombe; her daughter Doreen Murphy; her grandchildren, Brandon, Vanessa, Ashley and Keesha Murphy; her brother Samuel Cleal (Carol); her nieces and nephews, Wayne Cleal, Leah (Dave Keating), Caroline (Fred Penney) and Gary; her close friend Grace Legge; and her friend Charlotte Pierce (Lottie). She was also cherished by many great nieces, nephews, cousins.
In Mavis's memory donations may be made to the St. Micheal's Anglican Cemetery Fund.
