He was predeceased by: his close friend Helen O'Keefe; his grandson Keeghan Stanford; his parents, Levi Scott and Anna Scott; his siblings, John Scott, Florence Scott and Jessie Pardy (Earl); and his siblings-in-law, Maxwell Foote and Sylvia Scott of Marystown.
He is survived by: his children, Sheri O'Keefe (Paul) of Lewins Cove, Colleen Barry (Herbert) of Jean de Baie, Nicole Kelly (Michael) of Mooring Cove, Anna O'Keefe (Michael) of Nova Scotia, Karl O'Keefe (Celistino) of Yellowknife, Wade O'Keefe (Annie) of Mortier and Keith O'Keefe (Sophia) of Jean de Baie; his grandchildren, Haley (Faris), Cody, Tanner, Nathan, Chloe, Carley, Kaylee, Owen, Alexa, Charlotte, Kane and Kash; and his siblings, Gladys Foote of St. Lawrence, Mary Miller (Brian) of Marystown and Henry Scott of Old Shop.
