He was predeceased by: his wife Myrtle; his parents, Heber and Ethel; his children, Maurice and Mary; and his siblings, Cecil and Gertie.
He is survived by: his child Left; his grandchildren, Heather Wheeler (Travis), Angela Burt (Robbie), Frances Whiteway (Perry), Juanita Lawrence (Alex), Jim Porter (Brenda) and Eugene Porter (Linda); his close friend Ivy Gidge; and also Bretta Jennings.
