He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Wheeler and Lucy Wheeler; his wife Viona; his sister Betty (Bram Jones); and his brother-in-law Roy Harnett.
He is survived by: his children, Venessa (Darren), Theressa and Wendy; his grandchildren, Tyler (Kelsey), Jordan (Hayley) and Kimberley; his great grandchild Addilynn; and his siblings, Edith Harnett, Doris (Ted Curtis), Goldie (Gerald King) and Dave (Dot).
In light of the current coronavirus pandemic, there will be no public visitation or Funeral Service.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in his memory can be made to the family.
