He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben and Stella; his daughter Sherry Rowsell; and his siblings, Harvey, Gerald, Clarence and Daisy Harnett.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his children, Jackie (Mervin), Sharon (David), Elaine (Brian) and Duane (Lora); his grandchildren, Tim, Julian, Shawn, Brent, James, Nicholas, Wesley, Rebecca, Katie, Francesca and Gwen; and his siblings, Winfield (Dinah), Florence Harnett, Violet Collins, Marion Butt (Gilbert) and Alma Frost. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
