He was predeceased by: his parents, John Decker and Elizabeth Decker; his brothers, Leo and George; his parents-in-law, Ethel and Baird Manuel; and his brothers-in-law, Doug Williams and Bill Baldwin.
He is survived by: his wife Roma (Nee Manuel); his sons, Michael (Stacey), Matthew and Mitchell (Sammy Jo); his siblings, Ron (Vick), Ed (Janet), Kevin (Mary), Pete (Margaret), Ben (Sheila), Ellen Williams, Margaret Cobb (Gerald) and Theresa Baldwin; his siblings-in-law, Lucy, Ella and Ross (Jean); and his pet Trouper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews' other relatives and friends.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Loon Bay Cemetery Fund.
