She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Collins and Elizabeth Collins (Boyle); her husband Maxwell Sheppard; her sons, David and Max; her stepmother Rebecca Collins; her siblings, Mary (Ken House), Dorothy, Elizabeth, John (Hilda), Elijah (Florence), James (Jean) and Wilfred (Betty); her half-sisters, Velma (Wilson Legge) and Beatrice; her stepsiblings, Lucy (Don Collins) and William; and her brother-in-law Art Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley (Sid Butt), Isabel (Lloyd Hillier) and Elizabeth (Real Laurin); her grandchildren, Todd (Lisa), Terry (Julie), Tony (Denise) and Dean (Krista); her great grandchildren, Todd, Stephanie, Kenneth, Damian and Chloe; her sister Margaret Roberts; her half-sister Dinah (Herman Dawe); her stepsister Eileen Greene; and her half-brothers, Ernest (Linda), Gilbert (Loretta) and Lorne (Linda). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In light of the current coronavirus pandemic, there will be no public visitation or Funeral Service.
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Philadelphia Pentecostal Church or Cemetery Fund will be gratefully accepted.
