It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Louise (Lewisporte, Newfoundland), born in Change Islands, Newfoundland, who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William John Lloyd of Ontario; her sons, David Harvey Hale and Tommy Roy Hale; her siblings, Dorcus Moyles (William), Emma Moyles (Albert), Hayward LeDrew (Elsie) and Simeon LeDrew (Mary); and her great grandchild Maeva Monroe Hojsan.
She is survived by: her children, Glennis Chasity (Gonzo) of Roger Gillingham, Sherry Michael (Dave) of Krista Lloyd, Ricky Richard (Kathleen) of Samantha Hale and Lorna Jessica (Eric) of Erica Ellsworth; and her stepchildren, John, Kathy and Tammy. She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren and a large circle of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
As expressions of gratitude for help received while raising her large family in Lewisporte, NL, donations to the Lewisporte Food Bank will be respectfully received and flowers are welcomed.
