She was predeceased by: her husband Ron; her daughter Karen; and her granddaughter Jodi. She is survived by: her sons, Keith (Esme) and Paul (Denise); her siblings, Mae Mews (Henry), Levie Day (Otto), Geralda Canning (Eli) and Edward Canning (Daphne); and her close friends, Lottie Lily and Rosalind LeDrew. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.

As expressions of sympathy donations may be made in her memory to the Salvation Army Cemetery in Lewisporte.
