He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Wells; and his stepfather Arthur Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lewis; his children, Jessica, Jacqueline Winters and Stefan St. Croix; his grandson Mylo Winters; his mother Joan Lewis; his siblings, Angela Dorey (Ira), Lucy Wells (Michelle), Kitty Wells (Gerald Hodder), Kelly Quinlan (Randy), Shelley Lewis (Everett Randell) and Joseph Lewis; and his stepson Mitchell Andrews. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jeffrey's memory to the Heart and Stroke foundation, Newfoundland and Labrador.
