We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2020, at the age of 75, Gordon Brown (Lewisporte, Newfoundland) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gordon Brown to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Brown and Ella May Brown; his siblings, Lloyd, Melvin, Doris, Earl and Ann (George Decker); his father-in-law Lloyd White; and his siblings-in-law, May Brown, Priscilla Brown and Dave Curlew.
He is survived by: his wife Neva; his children, Bradley (Gillian), Kayla (Adam McCarthy), Sarah, Katherine and Lucy; his mother-in-law Emma White; his siblings, Eric, George (Margaret), Owen (Anne), Sterling (Barbara), Eileen (Corb Newman), Julie (Vince Gallahue), Monnie (Max Whiteway) and Diane Curlew; and his siblings-in-law, Kevin White, Brian White (Marian), Ron White (Sue), Garry White and Marilyn (Gary Jefferies). He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
There will be a public visitation from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Sunday, October 11th from 2:30-4:00 PM following Covid government regulations.
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Janeway or the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Center will be gratefully accepted.
