He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Pond and Bessie Pond; and his siblings, Mervin (Betty), Kathleen (Wesley Wheaton), Ray (Shirley), Marjorie (Martin Earl), Bert, Hayward (Shirley) and Phyllis Toope.
He is survived by: his children, Dianne (Stan Tucker), Danny (Laurie), Lloyd (Denika), Rick (Lynn) and Joanne (Jorge Velez); his grandchildren, Lisa, Danielle, Kelsey, Ryan, Noah, Joshua, Nikki, Avery and Michael; his siblings, Hazel Seward, Loretta Rowsell (Tom) and Lloyd (Betty); and his siblings-in-law, Jean and Gord Toope. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Friday, March 19th from 10 AM -11 AM following COVID government regulations.
