With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Flora Peckford (Lewisporte, Newfoundland), who passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbur G. Peckford; her granddaughter Tammy Hayes; and her parents, Israel Fancey and Bethia Fancey. She is survived by: her children, Yetta (Arthur Vivian), Annie (William Harbin), Evelyn (Maisie), David (Karen), Calvin (Christine), Clifford (Rosie), Ivy Francis, Verna and Renee; and her grandchildren, David, Norman, Michael (Tanya), Glenn (Rachelle), Leeann (Anthony), Wanda (Ivan), Annabelle, Koni (Chris), Judie (Curtis), Jennifer (Nave), Kim (Darren), Dwight (Cathy), Keith (Robin), Chris (Julia), Curtis, Trevor (Cathy), Shannon (Dan), Alicia (Serg), Veronica (Tyler), Casey (Ryan) and Melissa (Brady). She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; many neices, nephews, in-laws and friends.
The family strongly encourage all visitors to please wear a mask during the visitation and service.
