Eileen Shanks Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eileen Shanks (Lewisporte, Newfoundland), who passed away on November 21, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Rideout and Annie Rideout; her husband Patrick Shanks; and her siblings, Ford Rideout and Lucy Whitehorne (Jack).
She is survived by: her children, James Shanks, Kathy Hensgens (John), Dwayne Shanks (Andrea), Annette Warren and Tina Sutton (Gary); her grandchildren, Samantha, Shannon Shanks, Sarah, Lisa, Jared Hensgens, Jared Rogers, Kevin, Leo Warren, Steven and Michael Travers; her great grandchildren, Cohen, Russell Travers, Jordan and Jack Hensgens; and her sister-in-law Ruth Rideout. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
Flowers are accepted or donations may be made in her memory to the Community Cemetery Fund in Embree.
