It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delphine James-Langdon (Lewisporte, Newfoundland), born in Little Bay Islands, Newfoundland, who passed away on January 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theophilus Weir and Elizabeth Weir; her son Harvey; her husband Everett Langdon; and her siblings, Meta Short and Wallace Weir.
She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Randell (Vaden), David James (Doreen), Violet Araujo (Fernando) and Tina Boyd; her daughter-in-law Pauline Bursey (Roy); her stepchildren, Thelma Jenkins (Ross), Bernice Diamond (Eddie), Leroy Langdon and Beulah Head (Ken); and her stepdaughter-in-law Joy Langdon. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Flowers accepted or donations may be made in her memory to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund.
