She was predeceased by: her former husband Paddy; her son Bruce; her siblings, Geraldine Degrace, Cecil, Roland and Alex Pinsent; and her sons-in-law, Charlie Kane and Grant Harris.

She is survived by: her husband Patrick O'Quinn of Kippens; her children, Roseann Russell (Wayne), Germaine LaVallee (Jim), Olive Godin (Ron), Sherry Kane, Loretta O'Quinn Harris, Guy (Edith), Dan (Joanne), Peter (Heather), Alex and Andrew; and her siblings, Lorraine Quinton (Warren), Marie Daughtery (Pete), Margaret Aylward and Stuart Pinsent (Marilyn). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in Norma's memory are gracefully accepted to the Bay St. George Sick Children's Foundation.
