It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma (Christian) French (Kippens, Newfoundland), who passed away on January 11, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William French (Bill); her sons, Ricky French and Bobby French; her parents, Constance Christian and Harry Christian; her siblings, Henry, Christopher, Donald, Peter, Eugene, Clifton, Helen Lagatdu and Maisie Manfred; and her mother-in-law Emily French.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Pomeroy (Gerard) of Stephenville, Elaine Layden (Keith) of Corner Brook and Patty LeRoy (Glenn) of Lloydminster; her grandchildren, Sheldon, Jonathan, Heather, Miranda, Matthew, Ashley, Adam, Brandon, Carleen, Jaime and Maria; her great grandchildren, Emily, Brenden, Maycee, Liam and Ethan; her sisters, Theresa Lovern (Fred), Margaret Alexander, Lorraine Hanrahan (Bill) and Leona Kapps (Robert); her siblings-in-law, Anita Mahoney (Jim) and Donald Manfred; and also, Kevin Christian (Ruby) of Cape St and Jamey French (Jeanette) of Kippens. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, relatives and her many friends.
